1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and ctk99 ("ctk99", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ctk99 online gaming platform, including all associated websites, mobile interfaces, software, games, betting markets, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

ctk99 may request documentary evidence of your age and identity at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested will result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Parents and guardians are strongly advised to make use of parental control software to prevent minors from accessing online gaming platforms on shared or household devices. ctk99 accepts no liability for underage access resulting from a failure to implement appropriate parental controls.

3 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the ctk99 Platform, you must complete the account registration process and create a single account in your own name. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

If ctk99 identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, all associated accounts may be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and winnings withheld pending investigation.

4.5 Fraud Prevention

ctk99 reserves the right to conduct investigations into any account where prohibited conduct is suspected, and to take all actions it considers appropriate — including withholding funds pending investigation — without prior notice to the player.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ctk99 Platform — including but not limited to the ctk99 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of ctk99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ctk99 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any ctk99 content without express prior written consent from ctk99.

Unauthorised use of any ctk99 intellectual property — including scraping game data, reproducing ctk99 branding, or embedding ctk99 content on third-party websites — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ctk99 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if ctk99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ctk99's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ctk99 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ctk99 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, server upgrades, third-party service interruptions, and events outside ctk99's reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific features. ctk99 will use reasonable endeavours to minimise disruption and to communicate planned maintenance in advance.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

By registering an account on ctk99, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ctk99 uses industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the ctk99 Platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processing partners, KYC verification providers, and fraud prevention services solely for the purpose of delivering and securing the ctk99 service.

12 Amendments & Termination

12.1 Amendments to These Terms

12.2 Account Closure by the Player

You may close your ctk99 account at any time by submitting a request to [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within five business days. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure (after deducting any bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification requirements.

12.3 Account Suspension or Termination by ctk99

ctk99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without notice, where ctk99 determines that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.

12.4 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
